I would like to pass on a compliment. I know you have to deal with customer complaints and we, as customers, rarely remember to tell you about our ositive experiences. I want you to know what a positive experience it has been working with Casa Mechanical. They have been a REAL PLEASURE to work with! They have come out a number of times to make minor adjustment on our AC. Everyone from Charles to the receptionist to the repairmen have been courteous, quick to reply, and quick to get things “exactly” the way we want them. The repairmen are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. They always act as if no request is silly or too much to ask. Jacobs is lucky to work with such a strong service company. I have been VERY impressed!
I am writing to compliment Tony on the great service he provided me last Friday. Our upstairs A/C had been knocked out from lightning and he came by late Friday afternoon to inspect it. I told him it was the kids A/C and they have been dealing with it for 4 days. He said he would track down the part and couldn't let us go the entire weekend without the A/C. He left at 4 and I figured it was a shot in the dark getitng the part on a Friday afternoon. At 8:00 p.m I got a call form the dispatcher that he was on his way! He was there for about 15 minutes, got the A/C running and it has been cold ever since. Thanks Tony, I appreciate you giving my Family the extra effort! My kids said the A/C Guy Rocks!

It has been my experience that each individual at Casa Mechanical Services personifies customer service, integrity and professionalism. I purchased my home approximately two years ago and since spent over $1,000 to keep my nineteen year old air conditioner cooling. When it stopped working in April my wife and I decided it was time to purchase a new unit. After calling several Austin area companies and receiving a wide range of estimates, we decided to give our business to Casa Mechanical Services due in large part to the knowledge and friendliness they displayed.
We were blown away by the level of care and service we received right off the bat, the Service Manager, Tom Tarla, paid us a visit on a Friday evening while on his way home. Tom inspected our system to ensure the estimate was accurate then proceeded to get our nineteen year old unit running and ask if we still wanted to replace it. He also educated us on how to improve the efficiency of our cooling system, and called after the installation to ensure everything was running well.
The installation crew, led by Paul, was punctual, polite and efficient, within an hour our old unit was removed and they were installing our new Carrier system. They worked very quickly and neatly, making sure they educated us thoroughly about the operation and maintenance of our new system.
We have already made several verbal recommendations to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so. The team at CMS made this large financial and home improvement decision quick, easy and painless. It has been our pleasure doing business with such an incredible company, all of our future heating and cooling service needs will be directed toward Casa Mechanical Services.
I have to say, your crews have been terrific with this unusual situation. First off Kris and Austin yesterday, they pressed on even though the smell was completely disgusting. We all worked together to get the area cleared of birds and nests, which ended up being way more than any of us could imagine. They were very professional and very thorough in this situation which probably is nothing near what they normally do, and may not ever have to deal with again.
Today, I had Steve out to finish the duct work and install the new fan. He was also terrific, I'm sure the smell was still present (although nothing like it was yesterday), and he didn't even bat an eye. He had a smile on his face, and was able to joke about it. Which is great because I'm sure none of this has been fun for anyone.
In all seriousness, these three guys did a great job and I'd like to make sure I passed it along.
